The processing time is calculated from the time you placed the order to the dresses have been finished. It's about 5-7 business days.
The shipping time is calculated from the time we ship the package out to the date when you receive the package. It's about 2-8 business days.
Therefore, the total time is about 7-15 business days.

That means all the customers can receive dresses within 15 Business Days.

Order Status
It is imperative that you should leave a correct email address and a correct phone number when placing the order. You will receive an email immediately after the order is submitted which is to confirm your order is in our system. If there's any problem, feel free to contact us via email or live chat. We will send an email regarding the tracking number when the dress has been shipped.

How do I order?
The order step is easy as follow: find your goods- select the color and size- put them into the shopping cart- fill in the information including email address, telephone number, shipping address, billing address, additional request can be put in the comment box- select the payment methods and finish the order.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We are sorry that we do not accept ordering through phone . Paypal, credit card, western union are accepted.

How can I decide what size to order?
Please see Size Chart on our site. It is very important that you follow our size chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order is carried out. The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length. dressesukshop.co.uk cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.

Where can I put the measurements and other requests when I choose custom made option?
You can select "custom size" and fill in the measurements list on the site, and for more additional request, please write them in the comment box during the check out.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Paypal,Visa,Master Card, American Express,Discover, JCB, Western Union are acceptable. For more information, please refer to "Customer Service".

Email us within 3 days when you receive the dress, and meanwhile send us the dress photos which can show the problems of the dress, we will check it carefully, if it's true, we will instruct you where to return your dress.
We need to register the wrong dress for records in order to improve our service, so the dress photos are indispensible in the procedure of returning. The dress photos should be a strong proof to show the problems, so we need your photos to be clear.
The dress should be shipped back to the specified address which we would provide you after we confirm the returning. Otherwise, we won't refund you if the dress lost in the shipping.
Please postmark back the dress within 10 days from the date you received it. Assure that you return the dress back to the correct address and email us the tracking number within 4 days. You should pay for the return shipping fee.
